Well, it was a such great stay for one night. Had essentials needed in the a twin room, including a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The food was decent with a wide array of choice!

Separate room with bathroom, all the facilities. Good and incredible location relatively near Dunera Museum. Walking distance to shopping malls and a bakery across the street.

The hotel was clean and the pool was covered. The personnel was nice, and the owner too. The room was reasonably spacious and updated with a writing desk and a storage available. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, plus the bathroom was clean.

For me it was a comfy place to stay.

Traveled with my 3 kids, overall the hotel was nice and simple. The employees of the venue were welcoming and courteous. The hotel was in a very central location in the centre of town in the main street. Had a very comfortable stay here.

Location: the hotel was near to property, restaurants, supermarket. I was happy to find Danny Byrnes Bistro, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel and served nice food. The room was modern and had separate bathroom plus a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Everything here was modern.

It was an ideal hotel in a pretty quiet area, right by shops and good pubs/dining, all shops and food outlets and glasses in the fridge upon arrival. Also, location was perfectly comfortable and handy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Dunera Museum. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 5 minutes walk from the property.

Perfect and impeccably clean hotel with a reasonable value. Great location close to everything in Hay to wander down the Main Street, and 15 minute walk from Dunera Museum. Really close to separate sleeping areas and a kitchen, restaurants, tourist info centre, pub and supermarket, and shops and child friendly cafe.

I loved this property - quiet and absolutely great hotel.

The whole experience was such wonderful. The rooms were new-fashioned and freshly renovated and with beautiful framed photos and an excellent bed, as for instance.

Clean, spacious, modern family suite. Lovely rooms. Away from busy roads. Comfortable, tastefully furnished. Quality linen. Free and easily accessible internet. Attentive staff.
